3k33 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3k33", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://3k33.ws and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "Platform" — the 3k33 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, games lobby, sportsbook, account portal, and any related tools or features.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, including their balance, transaction history, preferences, and verification records.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, crash game, slot, or sports event through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, deposit match funds, or other incentive balances allocated to a Player's Account by 3k33.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process requiring submission of National ID, proof of address, or other documents as requested by 3k33.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which 3k33 accounts are denominated.
• "Effective Date" — 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions applies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the 3k33 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules, and any bonus terms communicated to you at the time of an offer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team to request closure of that Account.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The 3k33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above and that you will provide truthful date-of-birth information during registration and KYC verification.

3.2 Geographic Access

3k33 targets players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3k33 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside of its target market.

3.3 Capacity

You must be of full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Individuals who have been self-excluded, have requested account closure, or have been barred by 3k33 for any reason are not permitted to open new Accounts or resume use of the Platform.

3.4 Single Account

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

4.2 KYC Verification

3k33 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. You will be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) and, where requested, a selfie or proof of address, prior to processing your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time during the lifecycle of your Account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 3k33 immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

4.4 Accurate Information

Any material misrepresentation in your registration information — including providing a false date of birth, false identity, or a mobile number that is not registered in your name — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3k33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. 3k33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process currency conversions.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you within your Account dashboard. 3k33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile financial network. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes. 3k33 is not liable for delays caused by mobile network operators or card processing networks.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. All withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 3k33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal to Verified Method Only

For fraud prevention purposes, 3k33 will only process withdrawals to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the same individual as the registered 3k33 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 3k33 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In all cases, Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, the use of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other Players will have their bonus eligibility revoked, their Account suspended, and any winnings derived from such abuse forfeited. 3k33's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within 30 days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from the Account without further notice.

6.5 Promotion Changes

3k33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will apply prospectively — they will not affect bonuses already credited to Accounts prior to the change.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each casino game, slot, live dealer game, crash game, and sports market available on the 3k33 Platform is governed by its own specific rules provided by the respective game provider or sportsbook operator. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 3k33 sportsbook — including cricket markets for BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are subject to the rules of the in-play market as described on the bet slip at the time of placement.

7.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void if: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; the odds were published due to a manifest error; a technical fault prevented the correct recording of the Wager; or the Player was ineligible to place the Wager at the time of placement. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance in full.

7.4 Manifest Errors

3k33 reserves the right to correct or cancel any Wager accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game paytable values, or system malfunctions. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honoured.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface or on the bet slip before placement. 3k33 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where risk management requires it.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3k33 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended immediately and any balance held subject to review and potential forfeiture:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with any game or market on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activity, including funds obtained through unauthorised access to another person's mobile wallet or bank account.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or structuring of transactions through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any 3k33 support interaction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3k33 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the Platform, its games, or its data.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3k33 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name 3k33, logos, game graphics, interface designs, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 3k33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 3k33.

10 Privacy & Data

3k33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

3k33 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Account credentials are stored using cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.

3k33 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

3k33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides every registered Player with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month.

12 Limitation of Liability

3k33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3k33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason without liability to you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3k33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where possible, via the contact information held on their Account.

Amendments take effect from the date stated in the revised Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 3k33 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3k33, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. 3k33 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction for final resolution.
